Doctors, thank you for being a miracle worker. I was in horrible pain in my right knee and facing surgery because I was told my knee was bone-on-bone. I saw their article in the Sunday newspaper and scheduled an appointment the next day. After my first shot I could feel relief and after my third shot I am pain free. I highly recommend the Institute to anyone having knee problems. The staff is friendly and very accommodating to work around your schedule.
Since 1996 I have been in so much pain with both of my knees. I have been on medications and getting shots in my knee but it didn’t help. I thought there was no hope. Now there is hope! Since I have been seeing Dr. James Dieter I am a new person. The treatment he’s been giving helps. I am in no pain. I feel great and I do things I have not done in years. The treatment makes me feel like a new person. Dr. Dieter is a godsend; you just don’t know how I feel. I thank him so much, my family thanks him I feel so great.
P.S. I have no pain
My name is Len Rivera and [I] had a Medtronic Neurostimulator implanted in my back for chronic leg pain. Due to my chonic pain, I was always taking many, many pills every day for pain. And even with all that medication, it often still wasn’t enough to alleviate the extreme level of my pains and suffering.
Back in 1997 a friend of my wife was researching alternative treatments for chronic pain patients, as she saw firsthand how miserable I was. She found a doctor in Houston who told me about the Medtronic Stimulation surgery and explained thoroughly how it worked. To me, surgery was a last resort, but after continued weeks of extreme pain, I opted for it.
It changed my life! I literally cried the first time the machine was turned on and I felt instant relief. The small electronic impulses basically “hijacked” my pain receptors and brought my level of pain down significantly. It was a miracle, and I was so glad I took a chance.
I certainly had nothing to lose, as misterable as I had been. I was even able to go back to work, which helped me mentally and physically. I was a new person.
Now, with a combination of medical and the Medtronic stimulator, my pain is actually “manageable”.
When the pain level spikes up, I can actually turn up (adjust) the level of pain relief. I highly recommend Medtronic stimulation therapy to anyone who is in extreme, uncontrollable pain.
It does make a difference for the better!
