Dr. Chris Fuke was born in Houston, TX and specializes in interventional pain medicine. He is Board-certified in Anesthesiology with subspecialty Board-certification in Pain Medicine by the American Board of Anesthesiology. He founded Interventional Pain Specialists, PLLC in 2012.

Dr. Fuke received his medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, MA in 2003. He went on to complete his residency in Anesthesiology and fellowship in Pain Medicine at the UTMB in Galveston, TX. During his residency training, Dr. Fuke was selected as Chief Resident of the program, and awarded the Robert D. Dripps Award, the highest honor in his graduating class.

He is compassionate and takes great pride in his patient care. He focuses on a multidisciplinary approach to pain management and specializes in the use of implantable therapies (spinal cord stimulators and intrathecal pumps) to alleviate pain. In his spare time, Dr. Fuke enjoys spending time with his family, playing tennis and fishing.

He is also a member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists, Texas Medical Association, and Texas Pain Society.
